How is it that you can guarantee most of your services?

This is because we have the experience necessary to guarantee our results. We average over 75% positive results in most of the searches that client send to us. We ONLY specialize in these searches in order to provide the best results possible for our clients. That being said, the 25% or less that we encounter, we are able to absorb the research cost losses instead of charging clients for non-productive results.

Do you also provide guarantees on your process serving?

Accepted Answer

We are unable to guarantee that papers will be served due to the variables involved in service of process. People avoid services or are no longer at the address provided at the time of placements, in which case we may have to locate this individual in order to effect service. The servers invest their time, effort and money each time they make an attempt and require to be paid regardless of the outcome of the attempts. We do provide at least 4 good attempts on various days and times to ensure that we have given it our best chance of success. If unsuccessful, we provide the client with a detailed non-service affidavit which details ach attempts and what the server encountered during these attempts.

Why is a traditional asset search billed hourly, instead of on a guaranteed basis?

Accepted Answer

It is due to the nature of the searches in which it only time involved into the searches instead of known variables in which we can guarantee the results due to history showing that we are successful in the majority of our research in either the location of individuals or their liquid assets.

Do you also handle international requests?

YES. Feel free to call us to discuss your request so that we may evaluate the information you provide and determine if we feel that we could have a chance at success with your request. Working outside the United States is much different due to not having the access which is available to us in our home country. So, most requests have to be quoted on a set fee instead of a guarantee as it is time intensive, and sometimes without the positive results you desire. So, we are always wanting to determine the level of success that we feel in attainable prior to accepting such requests from clients.
